I know what are the results from the division but are you sure they have profit with 360? Or Live? Everything is bullshit?

Xbox is the main money driver in the division and always has been, in recent years it's done more than the division shows, thanks to losses in Kin ect. MS have even said in the 07/08 period that the 360 became profitable, now it's heavily profitable.
