It would seem by the description that whoever was running this event had had this happen before and knew what to do to fix it. You would think that common sense would have told them to put plenty of holes in the case... I don't know what's worse, the people writing the statements for the M$ employees or the tech employee at this event that was probably there to make sure the consoles ran fine. Both should be fired.
