It was a good commercial, but I wonder how many people will get the references. This is something that belongs on the internet- like on youtube- rather than on Monday Night Football.
They should've also probably written out "PlayStation 4" or at least said it, rather than just use the logo. And it wouldn't have hurt to actually have shown the product being advertised. For someone who might not know a lot about gaming- a casual gamer/football fanatic - this is pretty meh. But for a gamer - it's very cool. I'm really liking the new advertising team Sony has.
