Final Fantasy XIII-2 is my favorite. It's story is silly and dumb, but there's a lot of fun with alot of fun mechanics.

Pandora's Tower isn't really a JRPG any more than zelda is a JRPG, but it has the best story and characters out of those by a lot. It's gameplay gets stale though. But This would be my 2nd choice. If story is what you want then this easily. But, if you're going to include this as "JRPG" I'd put zelda in the same category and I think both TP and SS are a lot better.

Star ocean International is  better it has japanese voices... And the English VA is aweful, some of the worst in existance. And I think the game is aweful too. But get PS3 version if you must.

Neptunia, WKC2, BD ick.

Resonance of Fate is good for about 20 hours. But doesn't evolve and actually devolves (takes away gameplay mechanics instead of giving new ones)... humor is decent, story is bad. You can dress up your characters :P. It has some really cool mechanics though.

Not on your list. Lost Odyssey, Xenoblade, Valkyria Chronicles, Both Soul's games, Tales of Vesperia, Tales of Xillia (which you've played) are good.

This

Only play Blue Dragon if you like Akira Toriyama's work(Dragon Quest) its ok, its not Chrono Trigger but you can give it a try, its a bit childish
I havent played Pandora's Tower, Dragon's Dogma and and The Last Story yet, so I cant give my opinion
Ni no kuni its the same scenario as Blue Dragon, but this case its Studio Ghibli work, but I like it a little bit more than BD

Play Persona's franchise as well, doent matter it's on PS2, great games.
