i think its a device for the Playstation Stream. in the west it will be called PlaystationTV and it will launch in NA when they launch the stream of PS1/2 & 3 games. it will be a cheap device for that service that could go big. Thats what i actually think its for and the Vita part is just because why not? its a vote anyway so might swell play Vita games from cards
