You mean benches for the R9 280X? Because it has already been reviewed by the usual sites (Anandtech, Tom's, etc.). It's a bit slower than the 7970 GHz edition because it has a slightly lower frequency.
As for the price, the cheapest 280X I've seen here is 270 € while the cheapest 7970 still retails for 320 €. That's a very good price for a card that can play almost if not all the current games at 2560x1440, and a lot less than Nvidia's GTX 770 (about 360-370 €, that's 100 € less!).
