You would have hoped it worked in Crossfire considering it's the same chip just re-badged that has been on the market for the past 2 years.
Also no reference designs, going to be a pain getting a water block for 'em. :(
Got my 4x R9 290X's pre-ordered though (Funnily enough, all pre-orders are sold out now, here!), can't wait to get them in my hot sweaty hands and finally ditch the 7970's. :)
