I also loved the Gamecube controller.
I didn't even realize how much i loved the GC controller until i played Tales Of Vesperia on 360. The way Tales Of Symphonia utilized the Gamecube controller was perfect. I remember that weird and uncomfortable feeling i got when playing Vesperia on the 360 controller.
Some time later, i went back and played Tales Of The Abyss on PS2 and felt that same weird and uncomfortable feeling i had felt on Vesperia with the 360 controller
I only really noticed it with the Tales games but yea, i loved the GC controller
