DLC doesn't matter to consumers.
I highly doubt there are many people that buy a game because of it having DLC.
Nearly all the consumers of a would have already boughten the game or will still buy the game regardless of if it has DLC or not.
Now DLC to business do matter. Pretty sure DLC is like the developers accessories. Just like consoles, phones, ect make a shit ton of money on their propeitary accessories that they mark up 900% so do the developers make a shit ton of money on DLC.
It's a cheap way for them to make quick and easy money.
