Nah. I think the cost of porting said DLC combined with whatever costs Nintendo has to put it out on Wii U create an expense that isn't justifiable in terms of expected ROI for the publisher based on the low-sales of games/DLC thus far on Wii U.
If it rebounds this winter, then expect next year to include all DLC on all games.
Personally, idc. I almost never buy it anyways.
