I think the future is dim for all three companies
We don´t have much information about what they´re planning for the next year. Yep, the WiiU will be cheaper and with attractive bundles (in Europe and Japan, at least, I bet USA will have its bundles too). The PS4 and XboxOne will be launched with a lot of hype and good lineups, but what can we expect after the holiday season ?
I don´t see any of those consoles selling well after December. WiiU may have a better luck for being cheaper, and with DKTF, Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros it may get a little boost, but nothing really great.
It seems that PS4 and XboxOne will face the same situation that PS3, Xbox360, Vita, 3DS and even the WiiU faced in its first year. Price will drive consumers away for some time. And with very few games on the horizon, they´ll likely wait for price drops and better gaming library, specially considering that those devices won´t be backwards compatible.
