"How in the world do you plan to pay people? Being indie means being poor 90% of the time. Good luck though."

Like I said, money won't be a problem. I have that chance, and my future partners could be sure that making game in my studio won't mean being poor.

But if you're curious, I'll give you one small piece of advice : If you're project is viable, and smell money/success, you'll get money VERY easily. I already presented my serious project and it's already been aprouved. That's part of the answer.

I don't know what your game is, but if you're talented, I need you. Forget your game if you do not think it will be big, and let's work with me instead.

We will work on one small project first for three weeks/one month, in order to test ourself and make our team work go the right way. Once it's done, we'll put our hands on a way much bigger project.

I forget to say that I also need one artist. I can do the things myself, but I need someone else since I'm also doing a lot of side things.

I need very talented people guys, and we will begin to work in three weeks.

And NO, people will not need to relocate. There's no need for that, you can work at your home, manage your own work if you want. All I need is the job done.

Sounds good on the surface, but you do have to remember you'd be asking people to quit their jobs and base their livlihood on the statement that you won't have to worry about money because...trust me...and that you heard it in an internet forum.  Just speaking for me, that one would be a tough sell to my wife.  She's not going to let me drop my $90K+ job for something like that.  Granted I do dislike my job and have been wanting to get into game development and she's supportive of me pursuing that, but I have to pay the bills, so more guarantees would be needed.
