Japan sales - Media Create, Famitsu, Dengeki: week 40 ( Sept 30 - Oct. 6 )

Is this a new all time low for Vita and Wii U?  I wonder what sales will be the week ending the 27th if people are already holding off on buying.  I really don't get Nintendo announcing hardware pricing/bundles so far ahead of when they actually release.  The week ending the 3rd is going to need pretty decent sales just to make up for the previous four weeks.
