Since the new consoles are releasing this year, it is likely not to have as long of a tail as Heavy Rain did. I do not think it will sell as well as Heavy Rain, but I doubt whatever it sell will not be considered a Bomb by either Sony or QD. QDs makes very niche games and I doubt they expect a huge ROI.
I'm sure they would love their games to garner a larger audience, but they know going in that it will be a battle for that to happen.
