Ten years ago would have been very different answer as I tended to be much more of a day one gamer. Now with work and life I tend to be fine waiting or I find I am oblivious.
I use to countdown days to games, I just realized today Pokemon comes out next week (rare game I pre-ordered) and I thought it wasn't out for another month.
I just go with "must buy" as label of game I am very excited about. Last one was Tales of Xillia and next one is Pokemon with Ratchet and Clank and Zelda on the horizon.
