I could just say about the same for the PS3. A console also needs to be have the least barrier to get to in order to sell software and clearly the PS3 was the easiest to get through.
@Bold Was that really necessary to bring up ? BTW consumers will choose what the future holds so nothing is absolutely set in stone in capitalism.
