Effort needed to make next-gen title has "quadrupled", says Killzone dev

As already mentioned, this is quite different than what several 3rd parties stated, 10-15% increase in budgets. Not sure if they're having difficult time jumping to new tools, or just bragging how much effort goes into next gen. ;)
