It isn't any good. Remember the Windows Rule. After each good Windows, there comes a bad one. And vice versa.

98: good
2000: bad
XP: good
Vista: bad
7: good
8: bad
7 is the best Windows and is designed for PCs. Windows 8 is designed for tablets and phones and there is no reason to run it on your PC when you have 7 available.
