No question on this one. People tend to think of Sony as "the big bad guy" because 1) they are a very large corporation and 2) because they have been leading the industry for a long time -- but they are nothing like Microsoft. Microsoft will devour this industry whole if they ever get in to a position like Sony had the last couple of generational cycles.
