Tekken for the win. I was SOOOO into this series when I was younger. I would play it all the damn time with my friends who would even try to compete at a national level. Every fighting game is usually extremely technical when you get down to the nitty gritty stuff, including the Smash series. You just have to accept that as a bonus/limitation of the genre.
