What does that mean?

When someone says "in the red" it's a reference to the accounting practice of writing negative balances in red.  "In the black", on the other hand, means a positive balance, where the color of the numbers isn't changed.

I'm actually fine with what he's saying.  Disgaea needs a bit of a shake-up.  I just hope it's not extreme.
