Does the Wii U have more better graphics then the PS4?

No, there is a lot more to a system then 1 part, the wii-u has several issues. The cpu is slow as well. A system is only as fast as it's slowest part. The low memory as well as not being as easy to develop for.

 

Put a monster Video card in a system was an older, slower CPU and see how much slower the benchmarks are......................

Bold1: Only if theres no paralelism. Thats not the case. Even, each core of ps4 CPU are slower than the cores of ps3, and it wont limit his speed.

Bold2: It depends. If they do the right and espefic way(a "video card" made exactly to work with the CPU), it can achieve all the performance of the system.
