On another forum, a Sen no Kiseki owner said the patch nearly halved the loading times, bringing the game from "major disaster" status to just "disaster". Loading times are still over 30-40 seconds most of the times.
A second patch for both PS3 and Vita is said to be in the works.
My friends, what is Falcom doing?!?...
This masterpiece turned out a mess.
