The WiiU is just not even an option for a lot of gamers, the majority if you follow the numbers.
Most people want third party games, their favorite franchises, better graphics and capabilities out of these consoles and many other things the WiiU just does not offer or does a lesser job off compared to the likes of the PS4 or Xbox One.
If what you're saying was valid, there never would have been a reason for the gaming industry to move on from the PS1!!!
