Everything I think was already stated prior. Poor development management and Sony should have waited until the game was somewhat near completion before announcement.

Also. I think Japanese devs in big development houses have a really crappy way about developing games. As someone else said, they start as a bunch of small teams with different projects and then move over to different projects as one is released. By doing this, everyone who's coming over from other projects have to be caught up in what's been done, etc. Any input that they give to make the game better might not even be used because they'll be wasting time by going back and changing anything, so they probably just do their required work and don't give any input. A group of people that are working on a team and are there from the start though, all their input and ideas would be there since day one, they don't need to be caught up on what has been done, what they're trying to do, etc.
