Very Interesting, I won't try to change your opinion there as that would be almost pointless I'll just say I disagree and it sounds like someone saying 'I don't recognize that fact as a fact'.

There are several instances where I could/would commit murder and be fine with it, but mostly I believe it is morally wrong - others might disagree with me (in fact I know of a few circumstances that my own best friend disagrees with me)

Where is the justification for punishing murder if the moral merit of the act is merly subjective? Keep in mind that we are talking about murder, not homocide.
