Will it be okay to torrent a digital game you've purchased after the servers get shut down?

Also torrenting is not making a copy, it is sharing.

 

That being said despite the murky legal waters I have emulators and rom copies of several older systems and games (that I own or have owned - I lost quite a collection when my college apartment flooded by a hurricane) and my morals are fine with that.

I don't recognize morals as subjective.
