These rankings may have precisely zero reflection on the quality of games these comapnies produce. These are employee reviews, not consumer reviews.
The boss may be an awesome dude that everybody loves and he doesn't really give a crap how many bugs the game ships with, or he may be an OCD misanthrope who doesn't stop shouting at staff until they've crafted the most immaculate gaming experience.
