Microsoft tops Apple as America’s most inspiring company; Google 7th, Amazon 8th

To be fair, bill gates has done and is doing a lot to help 3rd world countries and giving back to the community. And it's great that MS's employees help out in that way too. But looking at the list, none of the companies were actually chosen for the products they produce.
