Around the 14 minute mark, did the documentary say that US political people should be arrested because the army killed civilians? Why would that be under their control?

I didn't replay the segment, but I remember it saying that certain political leaders should be tried as war criminals for giving the go-ahead on an unsanctioned war based off false premises, which resulted in the death of civilians. Sort of like if I thought my friend killed my dog, so I ended up killing him, when in fact the dog just died of natural causes. You wouldn't arrest military personnel over this.

I remember when I watched that a few years ago,  I couldnt stop laughing throughout the whole thing.   There may be propaganda in the USA (Fox News) and alot of people are duumb enough to fall for it, but nothing tops this video.   

Although I did here rumors that this was satire,  never found out if it was though.

This was created by a New Zealander with the help of a South Korean (the psychologist). Last I heard the South Korean is in prison for the video, while they're hoping to imprison the New Zealander. It's an interesting video nonetheless, and it touches on a lot of sensitive issues that people don't want to address.
