As for North Korea... even China is backing off North Korea. If the US ever does attack Korea, China will proably be the ones to supply the info, because regional leaders would be too edgy about china doing so.
Then again, that's probably why in the end it will be china who will attack. I sort of feel like they're backing NK largely just to be able to use them as a show of force victim nobody else cares about.
