TLOU because quality > quantity (thats not to say either game does not possess both but TLOU feels far better in terms of general mechanics and story. The mechanics part is due to TLOU being linear and GTAV being good for being sandbox but not up there with linear games. GTAVs biggest triumph is its freedom but as of late: Too many games do what they do, even if it isnt quite as good as GTAV. (Eg. Saints Row series, Sleeping Dogs, Mafia, GTAIV, Just Cause 2 etc etc)
