Yeah if you dont want th multi player part of your game that you paid for sure. Tire anology works just fine. you can still use your car for a lot of things as long as you dont mind not driving. The AC Still works, Radio still works. Everything works excpet for one aspect of it. Granted it is the main point of owning one but online multi player is the main part of many games these days. BF4,COD, TitanFall, Destiny, I could go on.
the single player is the tires,the cd/air conditioner is the multi player that you dont need to play the game.... yes you gotta pay to play multi,but your not forced into a camera TOO
