Just because it's technically possible, a device shouldn't be considered a portable.

Vita.TV = Vita, but only one is a handheld.

Again, I never said PS Vita TV was even CLOSE to being a handheld! Just that IT IS THE MOST PORTABLE CONSOLE out there as it's size is the same of a Cigarettes Pack. And you can easily take it to play at your friend's houses, gf's house, grandma's, in a SUPER SMALL BOX.
