I have never seen 100k for a high profile streamer - the most popular are usually around 30k. And the LCS Worlds semi final had around 400k on twitch, another ~150k were on Youtube and there probably was some chinese and korean streaming going on, but that was not on twitch.

They say Wickd reached 120k once. I wasn't there but I heard it multiple times. Guys like Dyrus and TheOddOne get 50k somewhat regularly providing that there aren't many high profile streamers at the same time. Also I'm pretty sure that SivHD got 100k plus during that charity thing he was doing.
