I think they have the one large team(shadow fall) and then a fairly small team that has been working on this game for a while. Apparently on gaf they have supposedly been working on this since 2010. Though I don't know for sure if I believe that. But if true, then is should be fairly far along and now will be in full swing for a release in a year to year and a half which might be pretty optimistic.
