Use this, and tell me if 60fps doesn't look better. Mess with motion blur and the like.

30 fps and no motion blur is virtually indistinguishable from 60 fps with blur, and at 60 fps I notice a lot of tearing.

PS: Also anything les than 1000 xp/s is very similar. It's too bad they don't have 1080 vs 720 on there
