Get that MSI 7850. They overclock like champs! Would be a perfect fit for your PC in my opinion, MSI have some great Voltage and overclocking tools for their cards too, they usually over-engineer the power delivery.

As for that question specifically, you will need to ask the retailer.

Except the R9 290... all the news cards from AMD are only brandered names... so your HD 7790 is the R7 260.

R7 260X isn't going to be a re-brand, the hint that it isn't a re-brand is because it supports AMD TrueAudio.
