Eh...I don't think they should make a whole new online pass system just for trophies' sake. I have 41 platinums and very rarely try for it on games that require online trophies to get there (in fact LoU may be the only platinum I've gotten that require online play). I have gotten a lot from the IGC games however. I would just recommend subbing to Plus. I've gotten it for the free games on PS3 and I'm sure they'll continue to give me games on PS4 and PS3 for years to come. Not to mention I'm loving the way KZ and Destiny are looking online so I'd probably pay for those anyway. I'm sure as hell not paying $15 a month for ES. Plus is $50 a year which really isn't so bad considering all the games and discounts you get plus the betas and cloud saves.
