I get the touch pad on the right side of the screen, but they should have went with a traditional analog on the left. Typically, you're aiming with the right, so that depends a great deal of precision. The left stick rarely requires that fine touch.

Playing an action game like Bayonetta, DMC, God of War, or DMC would be out of the question The buttons are just too difficult to hit. Platformers which benefit from digital input would be awkward. Fighting games would be nigh unplayable. The gamepad is just designed for too narrow a range of games. Maybe it'll be nice for PC gaming, but I doubt Microsoft, Sony, or Nintendo find this too threatening.
