It's not a modified form, it's a talent search. It's supposed to give you a good idea of where you are before you get to high school.
I got a 710/800 in math and a 340/800 in verbal in 7th grade. In 11th grade, I did 800/800 in math and 690/800 in verbal.
Those of you posting your combined scores need to specify whether it was out of 1600 or 2400 points.
