Did you mean to say the game depicts racism as opposed to the game conveying racist stereotypes?
In real life their is no question that many cops of all races are pre-disposed to racism towards African Americans, and therefore their inclusion in the game would makes sense given its exaggerated take on modern life and crime.
Though to be honest I have yet yo experience what you claim to be in the game.
