Some times it's funny to read all the hate EA gets. One would think that they'd be broke by now, since they're the evil guy whom no one likes. In reality, they make tons of money every year and they are constantly one of the top five publishers with the most revenue (always surpassed by Ninty).

I don't see why they should change anything at this point, since customers speak with their wallets and they don't have any issue with EA. I don't see anything wrong with his comment. I think it's true. Miyamoto might be a legend, but the effect that Ninty had on children is long gone. Most of them care about apple products now. If they want to claim their old glory, they need to come up with something original, like wii controls. That was a revolution.

Because the only way to tell how people feel about a company is by how profitable they are.  Walmart and Exxon must be the most loved business in the world.

There is a reason why EA was voted the 'worst company in America' and that indeed signals that they should change something.

Yes, but as a company why would they change anything? Companies are about profit and success, not being loved by consumers. All I'm saying is that internet people hate EA, but that's a misrepresentation of the general public's opinion of EA. All my friends who play video games know nothing about EA, nor do they care to find  out. Gamespot was named the worst company for several years and I doubt they are that bad. The people who dislike them are more vocal; that's all. Ninty is doing bad with the wiiU and even the 3ds is not a hot item in the west anymore like an iphone (neither is the vita or the ps3, but Sony never was huge with kids). As a Sony fan, I would be more than happy if the 3ds was more popular than iphones, but unfortunately, it's not.
