yeaah unfourtunately Delta is the same with the book in a cage. Hopefully come SS2 they worked on at least some NPCs in a Town,like Mon Hun.
It could totally be entirely set in the HQs of these different factions or something. That was one of my bigger complaints, also a lack of cutscenes and some gameplay quirks.
