For every good customer service experience there are bad ones. Same with all companiea.
The poor customr service sony gave during psn breach made watchdogs In the uk. People were being told over the phone to stop being padantic by sony employees. And even lied to that no breach had happened. 1 uk person lost over 2000 £. And was given free games as compensation.
Suffice to say those people will probably never buy a playstation ever again.
Personally ill buy ps4, when sony actually releases or shows some decent exclusives. Not just a shooter and infamous 2. Infamous 1 wasnt that great imho.
