Don't know whether the latest "secret sauce" has any basis in fact or any real impact on the games. But, it bears considering just like all the others. It seems(at least momentarily) that this can't be confirmed or debunked as easily as the others. Of course, we will not find any real answers in these forums, just the usual hate and automatic "can't be possible". Remember, proof is only a requirement when you disagree with something - atleast that seems to be the rule here.
