I got used to iPad and I kind of like MS tablets. For me there are a lot of things I hate about Apple's approach and the lack of usb is becoming more and more of a problem to me. It's a strong selling point and now that MS bought Nokia's phones I will wait for them to make a nice Lumia like tablet and be done with Apple and iTunes.
