Customer support can suck all the joy out of gaming... I had a bad experience with Sony CS recently that has left a bad taste in my mouth. Furthermore, I've never owned an Xbox console, but have never been more interested in purchasing one. I plan on buying one next year around halo's release as I imagine there will be a special bundle type deal and hopefully an improved version of the device as well.
