sitting down of course. starting the wipe from front to back. lift left butt check off toilet seat, and wipe with left hand (i am left handed, its too hard with right hand.)
standing and wiping is retarded (my little bro does that, therefore he is retarded). you dont poop standing up, do you? no, because standing naturally makes your buttchecks clench together, squeezing poop against yourself, and not allowing room, to get deep and thuroughly clean the butthole. sitting naturally spreads the checks apart, and tilting to one side does so even more.
also, when baby wipes are present I always end with a baby wipe. If not, i get the toilet paper damp with tap water, and finish. If im not within reaching distance of a sink, then i spit a little on the toilet paper to get it wet and finish wiping. best way to get clean.
