The PS Camera won't work as an IR Blaster, allowing the PS4 control ANY device in the room.
The PS4 doesn't have the ability to integrate with a TV/Satellite/Cable box to provide program guide for LIVE TV.
The PS4 doesn't currently have the ability to allow users to navigate and operate the system reliably using voice commands.
The PS4 doesn't currently have the ability to allow users to navigate and operate the console using a gesture interface.
The PS4 doesn't have the ability to accurately detect an individual based on voice alone or body type.
The PS4 cannot measure your heart rate, nor can it even detect you sweating.
The PS4 doesn't have the ability to used as a video telecommunications device.
The PS4 doesn't have the ability to wirelessly connect with home automation equipement.
The PS4 can't be used to connect other wireless devices within the household to the Internet.
The PS4 doesn't have the ability to support Wi-FI Displays or Miracast.
The PS4 doesn't have the ability to support up to 8 wireless controllers.
There are likely a few other innovations that'll eventually be coming to the console as well.
If it isn't a day one feature, the Xbox One will likely feature the ability to "throw" a Skype conversation from the console to another device such as a tablet or smartphone, or from a tablet or phone to the console.
Innovative for a home console.
